As educators, we know that all behavior has a function. Sometimes it is really hard to see what this function is and build an effective program of support. The behavior interventionist brought a trained eye and incredible wisdom to bat for some of our most precious students, so we were able to really capture the nuance in each child and build the right program of support. The interventionist had the skill to dive into crisis and stabilize in just the right way. We believe that schools should work for both the group and the individual and Strategic Behavioral Solutions helped make sure that it worked for all students."
